Membership is open to everyone interested in ceramics whether you are a professional, student, complete beginner, hobbyist, workshop group, collector, gallery or supplier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

SHAPESHIFTERS SCULPTURE GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a group of practising sculptors with bases in Dudley, Selly Oak and Lichfield. Most of the work is in stone although other materials such as wood, clay and metal is also used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

BIRMINGHAM ART CIRCLE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

This is a group of professional artists with a long association with the RBSA. Monthly meetings are held at the RBSA Gallery with regular exhibitions. It has an elected membership by sponsorship and submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

ROYAL BIRMINGHAM SOCIETY OF ARTISTS (RBSA)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The RBSA is a long-established society with its own gallery, located just off St Paul’s Square, Birmingham with regular exhibitions, workshops and demonstrations. There is a Friends section with monthly activities including expert appraisals of work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Stonehouse Studios<\/strong> is a pottery with sculpture, drawing and painting workshops at Drayton Bassett and ideally positioned for access from Birmingham, Lichfield, Tamworth and Sutton Coldfield. The studio is run by artist practitioner and tutor Karen Bird, with over 30 years\u2019 experience of teaching all ages and abilities. Students will benefit from Karen\u2019s uniquely skilled artistic interpretation and observation, with personalised instruction tailored to their individual needs and abilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
